QUALITY ASSURANCE
The Quality Assurance process is what holds everything together even before the actual work starts. As your eyes on the project, we make sure that site safety, security, logistics, material handling, construction debris disposal, environmental impact, impact to the day to day operations, impact to the occupants, odor control, noise control, execution pace, special details, emergency procedures, unforeseen condition resolution and any other condition is met as established in the contract documents and the Pre-construction phase. We deliver this through periodic Quality Assurance Inspections and Progress Meetings with your representative and a representative of the selected contractor.
CLOSE OUT
We will also assist you in the Close Out process. Making sure that you receive every pertinent document related to your roofing and waterproofing project. Copies of all the Quality Assurance Inspections, Manufacturer’s Warranties, Contractor’s Warranties, Closed Permit, Maintenance Manuals, etc. Having this documentation will provide not only continuity in case of staff turnaround but is a great resource to have in case of an insurance claim.
ESTABLISHING A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
